Book Review: Fine Fun - even if you're not Vegan

I have been reading Jennifer's blog for some time and I can certainly say that this book does not disappoint. It is fabulous!!! I am not vegan, or even vegetarian, but this book is a wake up call for parents who think that PB&J and potato chips is all that kids will eat for lunch. I only hope that I can be even half this creative when I have kids. Buy this book!Book Review: Love the blog and love the cookbook

I loved how there are plently of easy recipes in this as well as some more difficult ones. I love great food but don't want to spend over an hour preparing and cooking dinner or lunches especially not on a regular basis.
So fare I have sampled and loved the rice paper rolls, cheezy chickpeas and sweet potato fries and I've only had it for a week.

This book has made me excited about packing a lunch! All the recipes look delicious and I can't wait to try them all out! Jennifer McCann has done such a wonderful job of showing that vegan meals (specifically lunches) can be diverse, healthy and fun! As a health-conscious omnivore, I was looking for a book to help me get past the sandwich-rut in my lunch box. I don't have kids, but I can attest that my husband and I love the recipes in this book, and I feel even better about my health with these vegan recipes. Having looked at the blog at [...]a number of times, or should I say drooled over the blog, I finally purchased the book. I have to say this is an amazing book with fantastic recipes, photos, ideas, tips and hints that are great for kids and adults. I can't wait to fill my new lunchbox with some of these vegan goodies!!!
