Book Reviews of Vegan Lunch BoxBook Review: So many great recipes! Summary: 5 Stars
You definitely don't need to be a kid to love this book. I don't have kids, but I usually bring my lunch to work, and it can be hard to come up with ideas other than the usual leftovers. Most of the lunches make yummy dinners too. These recipes are so creative and delicious, you'll wish you were Jennifer McCann's kid!
Book Review: The BEST lunch inspiration ever! Summary: 5 Stars
The lunches in this book are amazing both to eat and to look at. They have inspired me to pack healthier nuttritious lunches!!!! The recipes are really easy. They are explained well for both vegan and non-vegan cooks. There are a ton of ideas that extend beyond your lunchbox meals as well. I LOVE THIS BOOK!
Book Review: Great book for everyone Summary: 5 Stars
I've been reading Jennifer's blog for nearly a year now. Vegetarian or not, vegan or not, there are many many great ideas for lunches here. I've owned one of the laptop lunchboxes (4 of them actually) for a couple of years now and it's been fun to see how Ms McCann utilizes her son's for lunches. Great Book!!
Book Review: Never a dull Lunch Summary: 5 Stars
I love this book, it is so simple to use, and the menus are the best part, I normaly don't have a problem with the creativiy, just the menu. Now all I need is a bento box and fun shapes cutters to make eating my luch at work more fun. Then maybe the guys at work will be jelous of me eating vegetables for lunch.
Book Review: Awesome Vegan Cuisine! Summary: 5 Stars
I love this cookbook! I've enjoyed the apple & tofu spring rolls, the creamy cauliflower soup, black rice pudding, and more! The blog is wonderful and the book is great. I'm inspired by Jennifer's creativity in all of her recipes. From very easy to somewhat complex, this cook is full of great vegan dishes.
