This Bragg book is a good start for readers just beginning a search for a healthier lifestyle. The reader will have to decide which of the multiple topics included are beneficial to them. I currently tend to favor the belief that distilled water is healthier for us but I have to admit that I'm still in a consideration mode when debating which form of water actually is the best for all of us to consume. By the way, this book is about much more than just water.
The Braggs have been in the health business for many years and refer repeatedly in this book to their "Health Crusades". They have a long history of publications, speaking engagements and endorsements. Their passion is easily observable when reading their perspectives on water, fasting, disease prevention and other topics regarding healthier lifestyle practices.
I walked away convinced that they believe what they are "preaching" as they have used themselves as lifestyle test subjects for their entire lives.They are vegetarians who approach their diet, exercise and overall lifestyle seriously.
This book gives you several claims concerning building your health profile that you may want to consider.
Format is a bit dizzying with all the testimonials, endorsements, proverbs, bible references and probably should be cleaned up for a less distracting read.
