Book Reviews of Watercolor School (Learn as You Go)Book Review: Very useful for the beginning watercolor artist. Summary: 5 Stars
This book has good basics for the beginning watercolor painter. It discusses selection of brushes, paper, color mixing and other beginning basics. It covers landscape, still life, figures, and portraits. A plus to me was the fact that this book has no nude art. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning the art of watercolor.
Book Review: Watercolor School Summary: 5 Stars
I have taken painting lessons for other media and wanted to learn
watercolor. I took one fast lesson in Florida and needed a book
to help me to remember techniques. This book is wonderful. It reinforced what I needed to know after only one personal lesson and the book took over after my three hour lesson. Very complete course.
Book Review: A definite must, beginner or expert Summary: 5 Stars
I really should buy a new copy. My copy's been open on my painting table so often, it's been so splashed with Viridian and Quinacridone Red and enthusiastic sweat that I can barely read it! An absolute must-have.
Book Review: Watercolor School Summary: 5 Stars
This is an excellent book. I have been painting for many years and
still learned a lot from reading it. In this case I bought it as a
gift because I liked my copy so much.
Book Review: A nice course Summary: 4 Stars
I am just a beginner, and this books helps me learn the basics, and encourages me to try and get better.
