This book has revealed the mysteries of grilling in a fun, simple format. Each food type is initially presented with a conceptual explanation and then followed by specific recipes which help solidify your plan for what you want to do. The resulting meals are noticably better. This is the best barbecue cookbook that I have ever read, and I've read more than a few. It's extremely informative and easy to read. You not only come away with great recipes and techniques but the knowledge to make your own recipes (marinades, dry rubs, etc.). This is why I love amazon. You can get items like these that would probably have cost twice as much at a bookstore. I haven't tried any of the recipes but they look easy to follow, as I am a novice in BBQ-ing. The book is heavy and the pages are thick, I can't believe amazon picked up the shipping for this, but then again my order was $25 or more.Book Review: Yum!

Lots of good recipes in here. Don't know where to start. Try the fish fajita marinade on some chicken. It tastes pretty good. Don't have any complaints about this book. Just a matter of trial and error like any cookbook.
