This is such a great wedding cake book for non-professional wedding cake makers! It's chock full of information and recipes on how to create a professional-looking and tasty wedding cake. The recipes were essential, easy to follow and very easy and convenient to interchange for customization and personalization. More importantly, it has all the information one would need on essential (and non-essential) equipment, appropriate timing and tips on assembly. It also doesn't hurt that the author writes in a fun, approachable tone that is enjoyable to read. Overall, this is a great book for novices attempting to make a wedding cake!
