Book Review: Best book I've ever read about Fibromyalgia!
Summary: 5 Stars
After reading this book, I finally feel I understand the mechanics of FM. Whether Dr. Amand's treatment ever gets in a medical journal or not, if it helps those of us with the disease, that's a rather important accomplishment. I appreciate the use of analogies to help a lay person understand the technical functions in a body. Also, all effects of FM are covered as well as typical secondary issues like IBS.
There are a few charts and illustrations, all easy to understand. I haven't quite finished reading the book, but am already arranging to start the suggested treatment. I'd HIGHLY recommend this book if you or someone in your family has FM. I don't want to risk loosing my copy, so I've purchased a second copy for loaning.
The book's value is far more than what it costs here on Amazon!
