Book Review: I don't believe it's the cure but definitely manages pain for me

I have been using guaifenesin to manage my FMS for many years. I don't believe it will cure it but it is ONLY thing that has managed it well. I believe that lymph fluid gets sluggish and pools in muscles etc. I believe that the FMS pain in the morning is caused by lymph fluid pooling and putting pressure on the nerves. I am considering putting my bed at an angle to help the flow. I sleep on an air mattress because a regular mattress even memory foam is to hard for me. Since I've been doing the guaifenesin, I don't get the constant infections. So many things block it, you need to stop everything till you find how it works and then add things back in. I can't even take spirulina because it blocks the guai. I can't deal with the pain without guai. I highly recommend everyone to try it. (I've had no luck with the short acting guai only timed release)
