This book is essential reading for anyone that is interested in reversing elevated blood pressure without prescription medications. It's not easy to change diet and exercise (I found I needed to burn 4200 calories a week in aerobic activity), but if you are committed to a life style change it may help you as well. It changed my life for the better and has kept me off medication. After 12 weeks I have regular blood pressure readings below 120/80.
