What an interesting book, very clever prose, which in itself relieves stress. All of Dr. Sapolsky's research and especially his ending words on the elevating stress are quite helpful.

I will admit that it can be a bit technical for a few folks. His book makes you feel that he is teaching you in a classroom. The citations and references are informative.

This book was recommended to me by my psychology professor. This is a great take on life & is reminiscent of "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff". It is funny & educational.
