I bought this book to go along with the YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT book. I watch the BBC show and see the foods Gillian repares for some of the folks. I had wanted to try the recipes and now I can. I love this way of eating and have found her recipes to be easy to follow and for the most part pretty tasty.

Has none of you read Bad Science by Ben Goldacre? This lady has used a false qualification for a long time (PhD) and is simply a money-machine, working closely with BBC4. There is no scientific basis for many of her statements and people who criticise her are threathened with court-action.

This book is so easy to use and gets right to the point when it comes to living the healthiest you possibly can. Very easy to use and find specific things you want quickly. If you are in poor health or just want to live healthier, this is the start up guide you need.

I've seen her show on the BBC channel and love it. My boys have alot of food allergies and sensitivities to many commonly used ingredients, including sugar. This book has some awesome-looking recipes. I haven't tried any yet, but plan to very soon.

I am a lifetime Weight Watcher. This book is chock full of Core-friendly recipes, making following my plan so easy. Gillian packs so many nutrients into her dishes that following the daily good health guidelines is a snap as well. LOVE this book.
