Book Review: Love this DVD!

I have had this program in tape format for years and decided to upgrade to a DVD. I LOVE this program. It is perhaps the most useful tool that I use in a day. It's great for clearing your head, relaxing, and focusing on what really matters in your life. It's only 30 minutes, and even if you choose the option to relax and fall asleep, you will actually wake up after 30 minutes. Undoubtedly all the good "stuff" is still rolling around in your head. I highly recommend this program!
